General Terms and Conditions
Kokoskin.fi is an online store managed by Koko Family Ltd, Finland (Business ID: 2900350-4). These terms and conditions shall apply to the commercial relationship between Koko Family Oy and its customers. Koko Family Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally without prior notice. Koko Family Ltd shall not be liable for damages arising out of force majeure. Such obstacles include unforeseeable circumstances or circumstances beyond the control of the Koko Family Ltd and which cannot reasonably be resolved. Koko Family Oy is obliged to inform the customer of such obstacles as soon as possible.
When placing an order, it is the Customer’s responsibility to disclose such contact information as at least the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address for delivery of the order and order documents. Estimated Delivery Time estimates the stock situation of Koko Family Ltd and the provision of resellers based on the Estimated Order Time. Koko Family Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen changes, but is obligated to inform the customer as soon as possible.
Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy Ltd, business ID 2486559-4), registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority in Finland, acts as the payment agent of the e-commerce. Payment will be made through Bambora’s online service and Bambora or Paybyway Oy Ltd will appear as the payee on the bank statement and invoice.
Bambora will forward the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure because all transaction data is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the transaction data.
A transaction occurs between an e-commerce customer and an e-commerce company. E-commerce is responsible for all trade-related obligations.

Payment Methods With PayForm you can pay with online banking, wallet, credit / debit, invoice or installment. The following payment methods are available: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard – cards, Cooperative Bank, Nordea, Danske Bank, My Savings Bank, Savings Bank, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass as well as Jousto and Mash.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments for the application settings. Payments made with your MobilePay wallet will be charged to the debit card included in the wallet. If your debit card payment fails, you will not be able to pay with your MobilePay wallet.

Jousto: You can pay with Jousto Invoice or Part Payment in over 4,000 Finnish online shops. With the invoice you get 14 days of payment (invoicing fee 4.90 eur) and with the installment max. 12 month payment period (invoicing fee 4.90 eur and monthly interest 2.42%). Mash: Mash Invoice will receive your ordered products before payment and 45 days interest-free payment. You can also conveniently convert your invoice into a down payment. When paying with a Mash Installment, you can choose the payment period of your choice (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months) and receive the ordered products before payment. You can also pay the entire amount at any time at no additional cost. Mash Invoice or Installment Payment can be selected as a form of payment for customers over 20 years of age who are resident in Finland. A payment method is available for purchases of $10-10,000. Mash Finance Corporation shall have the right to verify the credit and address details of a customer paying through a Mash Invoice or Tranche and to grant or deny credit based on them. Mash Finance Corporation (2159120-9) has been a Finnish financial company since 2007.

Kokoskin.fi online store prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (24%). Product and shipping prices are updated periodically in our online store. We also reserve the right to make corrections and adjustments to prices due to technical and human errors.
We offer free shipping on orders over 59€ in Finland, shipping cost under 59€ is 4.99€.
For Europe we offer free shipping on orders over 100€. Shipping costs for orders under 100€ are 15€.
The 14-day right of return applies to all products purchased from Kokoskin.fi subject to the limitations of the Consumer Protection Act. You can return the product you purchased – in the same condition as at the time of purchase – within 14 days of purchasing or receiving the product and get your money back. Cosmetics must be returned in sealed, original, unopened packaging. The right of return does not apply to non-assorted products that must be ordered separately. Return and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns should always be made first to the customer service email@example.com. If the returned product is lost on the way and there is no receipt the sender is responsible. The receipt proves that the package has been received by the GLS Group for shipment and the responsibility is transferred to the GLS Group.
The Consumer shall have the right to submit any disputes arising from this Agreement to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). We always strive to resolve disputes in the customer’s best interest. However, in the event of disagreement, we will follow the recommendations of the Consumer Dispute Board.
